Orders maybe delayed, if products are not available and Grandstand Merchandise will not be responsible for any delays. Customers will be e-mailed regarding any possible delay and given the option of cancelling the order Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations and apply to working days only. Grandstand Merchandise reserves the right to refuse or remove items from sale or alter their specification without prior notice. Grandstand Merchandise will issue each order with a number If you are e-mailing Grandstand Merchandise regarding the delay or confirmation of your order, please quote order number, date of order and your full name. This will ensure we can trace your order and respond without delay. Grandstand Merchandise will send an automatic e-mail to confirm your order details. The quantity and description of the goods shall be those set out in the invoice. Where any valid claim is notified to Grandstand Merchandise in accordance with these terms and conditions, shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at Grandstand Merchandise sole discretion, refund to the customer the price of the goods (or proportionate part of the price) but Grandstand Merchandise shall have no further liability to the customer. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for duty within the country of delivery. Grandstand Merchandise will not accept any responsibility for unpaid duty on any orders sent. Only payment for goods and delivery charge have been charged on the customers invoice. Title, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer as from the date of despatch from the Grandstand Merchandise Store.
Grandstand Merchandise supply a sizing chart for all products and can't be held responsible for incorrect ordering by customers. Grandstand Merchandise are happy to exchange incorrectly ordered products, but additional shipping charges maybe applied before goods are dispatched. Goods will only be accepted, if returned as purchased and in the original packaging. Grandstand Merchandise aim to supply the highest quality of product and designs. If any product is found to be faulty this should be returned to the address detailed in the fulfillment section ensuring this is dispatched to the company applicable to your order. Each return will be evaluated and if faulty a replacement or refund will be offered. Please enclose full order details and product fault to ensure your query can be rectified without delay.
