We aim to delivery the goods within 28 working days from date of order unless notified on product information. This will ensure we can trace your order and respond without delay. We will send an automatic e-mail to confirm your order details. The quantity and description of the goods shall be those set out in the invoice. Where any valid claim is notified to We in accordance with these terms and conditions, shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at We sole discretion, refund to the customer the price of the goods (or proportionate part of the price) but We shall have no further liability to the customer.
